Grand Cru Bruocsella by Cantillon is a beer resulting from a blend of Lambics aged for three years in oak barrels, characterized by almost no carbonation since it is not re-fermented in the bottle. Cantillon's Gueuze is the final result of a complex blend of Lambics of different ages and with different tastes preserved in oak barrels. Once bottled, the bottles are placed horizontally in a cellar and left to rest for about a year, so that the total transformation of sugars into carbon dioxide takes place, i.e. refermentation. When the process is finished and the lambic turns into a frothy beer it will be called Gueuze.A beer that has an intense golden color, the aromas perceived on the nose and palate are pungent and intense, as the style dictates. The aroma and taste are characterized by acidulous and fruity notes, with hints of wood, leather and background. On the palate the drink is enveloping and characterized by astringent and sour notes that accompany the sip to the end. Suitable for aging.
