Moscato Bianco di Bera is an excellent sweet wine obtained from the vine of the same name. Spontaneous fermentation in autoclave. It does not undergo clarification or filtration before bottling. A wine that on the nose gives elegant aromas of white pulp fruit, white flowers, delicate citrus hints with mineral hints. In the mouth it is fine and delicate, it shows a nice sweet component contrasted with an excellent acid backbone and savory texture.
Region: Piedmont.
Grapes: White Muscat.
Alcohol content: 5,5%.
Aging: Spontaneous fermentation in autoclaves, without clarification and with light filtrations.
