SWEET WINES

"Ailanto" by Mirko Mariotti is a sweet wine that offers aromas ranging from raisins to caramelized fig, with tertiary notes of carob and icing sugar. On the palate it shows good balance despite the prolonged refinement, leaving a pleasant note of sweet almond. Obtained from white grapes, it ages in concrete tanks for 5 years before bottling.

Nessuno is the new Anforaje wine. A sweet red wine from overripe Pinot Noir grapes, which come from a small vineyard located near the sea. Vinification takes place with fermentation in amphorae and maceration on the skins for about 15 days. Aging for a few months in steel follows.

Anarchia Constitutionale by Massa is a partially fermented grape must based on white grapes that proves sweet and with low alcohol content. The selection of the grapes takes place in the first ten days of September. Maceration of the same and subsequent pressing; after 12 hours inactivation of the spontaneous fermentation phase by refrigeration and filtration. Constitutional Anarchy is straw yellow in color with a fresh nose of floral and fruity aromas. The taste is soft, fresh and aromatic.
