The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. It is caramelized by boiling, raw must is added to start the fermentation and once fermented it is added to the barrel of the previous year. Cooked wine is a traditional wine dating back to the Picene civilization.

Moscato Passito under the Government of Saracena by Feudo dei SanSeverino is a sweet wine fruit of ancient traditions and rigorous manual processes which expresses all the love for the territory. It expresses intense aromas of yellow fruits, honey, dried figs and candied fruit. In the mouth it is sweet, soft but well balanced by freshness.
