Passito di Pantelleria Bukkuram Sole d'Agosto by De Bartoli is a wine produced with Zibibbo grapes that half are dried on the plant and the other half in the sun. It has a golden yellow color. The Don Fà is a fortified red wine that comes from an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. For this product only red grapes and black cherry leaves are used. It has a deep ruby red color. Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant.
