Ezio Cerruti's "Sol" is a passito wine that embodies the philosophy that accompanies Ezio in the production of his wines. Sol is sweet but never cloying supported by the right degree of acidity. The nose gives off spices and yellow fruits. The mouth is tense and mineral and in a very long end.
