The Don Fà is a fortified red wine that comes from an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. For this product only red grapes and black cherry leaves are used. It has a deep ruby red color. Pascaud Villfranche's Sauternes is a wonderful wine obtained from a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. Fermentation and aging in oak barriques. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping, mellow, soft but all supported by a good acidity and an interminable finish.

Ezio Cerruti's "Sol" is a passito wine that embodies the philosophy that accompanies Ezio in the production of his wines. Produced with white grapes which are left to dry naturally in the vineyard for 2 months and aging in wood for at least 36 months. Bottled without clarification or filtration. Sol is sweet but never cloying supported by the right degree of acidity. The nose gives off spices and yellow fruits. The mouth is tense and mineral and in a very long end. Production of only 5000 bottles.
