Producer Dominio del Urogallo

The Urogallo domain is located in the village of Cangas in Asturias, a region of northern Spain between Galicia and Cantabria. Here in 2009 Nicolas Marco and Francisco Asencio have decided to embark on their adventure; Nicolas comes from the Taurus region and has important working experiences in France as well as Francisco after working for a few years in the field of renewable energies has decided to abandon everything and dedicate himself to viticulture. Immediately they decided to practice a viticulture that could embrace the principles of biodynamics in order to obtain wines that could reflect the territory. Domino of the urogallo today has 4 hectares of vineyards that are found on fields of scarce and rich silice where 4 types of native grapes are bred; Albarin Blanco, Verdejo Negro, Carrasquin and Albarin Tinto for the production of 4 wines; 2 white and 2 red. If we could use only one word for the Urogallo Domnio we will definitely use "Limpidity" in the vineyard, in the cellar and in the bottle.
