Producer Gemma Miró

Gemma Miró is a young Spanish biologist with a master's degree in viticulture and oenology who, inspired by her strong bond with her land, decides to revive a very small plot of vineyard that belonged to her grandfather. A vineyard over 40 years old, located in Falset, in the Priorat area, in Catalonia. On this terroir, rich in slate, clay and granite, he produces his first wine with the 2021 harvest: thus La Partló, Carignano 100% from old vines, was born. A wine and a project that bear witness to a deep bond with his family, in particular with his grandfather and of a return to the land to give it life and value again: it was impossible for us not to fall in love with this story and the work started by Gemma, a young of great talent and personality.
