The Domaine du Chat Huant company is located in the Monthou commune sur Bièvre, not far from Touraine, in the Loire region. There estate, which covers an area of ​​about 3 hectares, reflects the passion of Blandine Floch, in love with nature and everything which is part of it. Always active in the world of culture and society, after having worked at some companies in France and Georgia, Blandine she decided to embark on the path to becoming an authentic vigneronne. The vines, aged between 30 and 60 years, are located on soils rich in silicon, limestone and clay and are grown according to the dictates of organic and natural agriculture, following the profound Blandine's belief in respect for nature and the consumer. Rigorous selection of the grapes, absolutely manual harvest and careful vinifications without any oenological artifice, give rise to wines that reflect terroir and vintage but above all the soul and the passion of this young and talented winemaker.
