The Domaine AMI was born from the meeting of 2 friends, Willy and Paul. Willy, a profound connoisseur of the Cote de Beaune terroir, first worked at the Domaine de Montille, and then took care of winemaking at the Clos du Moulin aux Moines in Auxey-Duresses, while Paul studied the art of tasting in London and Paris, and his love of wines led him to work with exceptional winemakers such as Dominique Hauvette and Oronce de Beler. For years they have been producing wines respecting the terroir of origin and, the name Ami takes up the friendship between the owners and the farmers who grow the vines from which these wines are produced.Authentic, warm and seductive bottles that symbolize friendship and a great love for their land.
