Domaine de la Cadette is an organic farm located in Vézelay is a small medieval village south of the Chablis area, which was devastated by phylloxera. Unlike other areas, it has only been replanted here since 1970 and this explains why AOC Vézelay has only existed since 1997. The company is organically managed, and cultivates Melon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines on soils rich in chalk and limestone that manage to give thin and mineral wines.
