New Jersey native Brendan spent much of his youth in San Francisco, where his parents moved in the 1960s to follow hippie fashion. Thus he came into contact with the cultural revolution embodied by this city by developing a passion for music, listening to psychedelic bands and later approaching punk musicians. Having a French mother, she often visits France and moves to France at the age of 15, finishes her studies and returns to America where she joins several punk groups with some success. He moved permanently to France in 1980 and began working in small independent radios as well as continuing to play (also with Pascal Simonutti); in 2002 he finally met the wine thanks to his old friend Thierry Puzelat who will take care of his rigorous wine training. Gathering notions and teachings from all these illustrious friendships, he began producing in 2010, starting with only 2 hectares and reaching the current 5. His wholly natural style is based on maceration and carbonate fermentations that make his wines very alive and recognizable. As an artist at 360 ° he also designs all the labels of his wines.
