"I Cangianti by Stoppini "was born on the border between Umbria and Tuscany on the idea of ​​the Stoppini brothers with the aim of rediscovering the traditions, handed down to him by his grandparents, in knowing how to make good natural wine. It offers natural wines that ferment spontaneously without the use of chemical products, fermented in vats and steel barrels using ancient and modern techniques. The local vines used represent well the idea of ​​the border wine: Prugnolo Gentile and Gamay del Trasimeno, San Olombano and white Tuscan Malvasia.
