The Salvetti family has always produced wine for personal use and for friends until, in 2005, Ilaria's father, Carlo, decides through the purchase and renovation of new vineyards, to convert his passion into a real business. productive. In 2012 it took over Ilaria company which continued with the restructuring of old vineyards and the purchase of new land, to reach a surface area of ​​four hectares cultivated in organic. Ilaria focuses on the production of Erbaluce di Caluso Passito, because for her it means honoring her predecessors and carrying on the family tradition in fact, the passito is dedicated to the grandfather, who was called Tallin, recognized Maestro Vignolant. All processing processes in the vineyard and in the winery are carried out strictly by hand to ensure a final quality product of which the whole history is known.
