One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Shiro is an excellent wine from white grapes. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Shiro comes to the straw yellow glass. To the olfactory it gives pleasant floral and fruity scents, reminiscent of yellow flowers, apple, peach and apricot. The sip is fresh and balanced, supported by a good sour shoulder.

V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

Pink Freud is a rosé wine made from aglianico grapes which ages for some months in steel. It has a color has a light ruby red color. The nose turns out to be fruity, with fragrant hints of red berry fruit with light floral and spicy nuances. On the palate it is fresh, medium-bodied and with good persistence.

Erre is a red wine produced with Aglianico grapes that come from vineyards with an average age of 50 years in the vineyards. it has a deep ruby red color. An elegant and substantial Aglianico.
