The "Cascina Le Rocche" company is located in the heart of Piedmont, in Dogliani. They cultivate their vineyards, by convinced winemakers who love nature, according to organic farming, a cultivation method that only allows the use of natural substances, that is present in nature, excluding the use of chemical synthesis substances (fertilizers, herbicides , insecticides). They produce wine that comes from vines grown in soils with different sun exposure and pressed differently. Their wines are partially aged in wooden barrels or amphorae, and always mature for more than two years. In any case they are vinified exclusively from the harvest of their vineyards.
