Anarchia Constitutionale by Massa is a partially fermented grape must based on white grapes that proves sweet and with low alcohol content. The selection of the grapes takes place in the first ten days of September. Terra di Vigneti Massa is a juicy and sincere red wine, simple, clear and distinct red fruits with a slight hint of spiciness. On the finish, great drinkability and freshness to spare. It is produced from red grapes found at around 300 meters above sea level, on calcareous and skeletal soils, capable of producing mineral and juicy wines. In the cellar, the grapes ferment spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts. It is the ideal wine for celebrating and toasting, all accompanied by a nice pasta and beans.
