Fausto Andi is a brilliant producer, prophet of biodynamic agriculture grappling with a project, agricultural, economic and social ethics. In the vineyard he works without chemistry in the vineyard and, for some wines, without adding bisulphite. He obtains products outside the standard schemes that are a surprise and a magic.
