Valter Mattoni, a former bleacher of "bread to bread and wine to wine" in 2000, decides to transform his passion to taste good wine in a work with the production of a wine. Valter has a cellar in Castorano, on the gentle hills of Ascolane, and the old vineyards of over 50 years, leaning on clayey and alluvial soils at 300 m.s.l.m. The location is one of the most favorable and well-placed brands with excellent daytime and night-time thermal excursions that give very fragrant wines. The vineyards are planted in Montepulciano and Trebbiano and all are treated according to biological methods, only targeted treatments with copper and sulfur, and in the cellar the winemaking takes place only with indigenous yeasts. Certainly Valeter's most famous wine is the Arshura, whose word refers to an atavistic thirst, and has also been the first product since the beginning of his adventure. Arshura is a jewel, exciting and bound to the territory.
