Annibale Alziati is a real vintner, one of those traditions that have a direct relationship with their vineyards. Annibale built his own company at a time, selecting the best plots of the Oltrepò Pavese and plot after parcel reached an area of ​​18 hectares. Annibale Alziati breeds her vineyards as her children, naturally, without chemistry, avoiding any artificial intervention with low yields in order to obtain real, alive, quality grapes. Its vineyards are in the best locations dedicated to viticulture and grow on clayey-limestone soils at 300 m. Annibale cultivates Barbera, Rare Grapes, Croatina with which it produces its still wines, and Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with which it gets its sparkling wines.
