Made from Grappello Ruberti grapes, Turdoi is an artisanal wine produced using the second fermentation method in the bottle. This gives it intense notes of red fruits, a refined and delicately effervescent perlage, and an exquisite freshness. Excellent with cured meats, pumpkin tortelli, and gnocco fritto, it's also perfect as an aperitif. Serve chilled and shake the bottle gently before opening to fully savor its natural sediment.
