The Lo Triolet winery was born from a passion for cultivating vineyards in steep, fertile mountain terrain and a constant pursuit of quality Aosta Valley wines. The cellar is where the grapes, tended throughout the season, are transformed into wine, always respecting their natural characteristics. Thanks to the sandy, morainic soils and the temperature ranges that enrich the grapes' aromatic profile, they produce fresh, savory, and elegant wines that perfectly express the essence of our mountainous region. Their goal is to preserve the quality of their grapes, and the diversity of the Aosta Valley terroir allows them to cultivate a variety of grape varieties, both native and experimental. Their ongoing research and the significant awards they have received drive them to improve their work every year, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
