Pinot Grigio "Fuoripista" by Foradori is a rosé wine that stands outside the box compared to the Trentino pinot grigi. In appearance delicate and simple, in the mouth it releases all its power, flavor and expressiveness. Tense and sharp, it knows no compromises. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in contact with the skins in tinajas (amphorae) from 350 to 450 liters for 9 months. Assembly and decanting in concrete tanks from 15 to 40 hl until bottling. When the autumn rains give a few days of respite, it's time to wake up early for a picnic in the woods with your childhood friends. If you are lucky enough to find even a single porcini, breaded and fried with a glass of Fuoripista Pinot Grigio, it will be the opening of a memorable lunch

Domaine Jean-Pierre Rietsch's Demoiselle Gewurztraminer is a pleasant and aromatic wine from the French region of Alsace. Aging on fine lees for 8 months in steel. No sulfite added. Terpin's Quinto Quarto Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine that reflects the magnificent Collio area. A wine with a rich personality that ages for 12 months in steel and in bottles without filtering and clarification before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. Intense aromas of red fruits and flowers on the nose, with notes of wet earth and undergrowth. On the palate it is tasty and juicy, with good freshness centered on the crunchiness of the fruit.

Pierre Frick's Pinot Noir Strangenberg is a red wine which on the nose develops interesting aromas of red berry fruit including black cherry and blackberry, mineral and spicy hints. The mouth is warm and rich, supported by tannins, and a beautiful freshness with flavors of spices, incense, cassis and with a long finish of black cherry.
