Charme du Loire by Jean Pierre Robinot is a white wine made with Chenin Blanc grapes from vines over 40 years old located in the limestone soil of Jasnières. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged in old barrels, developing complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit and a remarkable minerality. A textbook wine.

Aging: A few months in exhausted oak barrels.

Le Berceau des Fées is a crystalline wine to say the least, with a super expressive and clear nose, clear with aromas of flowers and aromatic herbs. The sip is dry and slender, the mouth is very clean and stretches dancing on the tips to end in a bouquet of flowers. Nicolas Joly's "Clos de la Coulée De Serrant" is a great dry white wine with a straw yellow color tending to golden. The nose is very mineral with complex fruity aromas, spicy, mentholated and honeyed notes that change constantly. On the palate it is powerful, tense and very deep, with a very long finish.
