A 100% Pinot Noir from Menetou-Salon, in the heart of the Loire Valley, that captivates with its elegance, freshness, and authenticity. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of redcurrant and cranberry, alongside delicate spicy notes and earthy nuances. The palate is fresh, juicy, and vibrant, featuring fine tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Vinified with 50% whole clusters, aged in large wooden barrels, and bottled without fining or filtration.

The Salamandre is a red wine that comes from a blend of red and white grapes, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Grolleau, which come from vineyards bred according to biodynamic principles in the village of Saint-Aubin Luigné, south of the city of Angers, in the name of Anjou in the Loire. It is ruby ​​red in color which is a load of fruit. Straight and slender that impresses with its freshness.
