Tres-Bien di Crocizia is a sparkling wine made from white grapes which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 3 days. It is bottled with a slight residual sugar so that, when the warm season arrives, the refermentation starts again, with the much appreciated bubbles. A wine that proves to be juicy, slightly aromatic, thirst-quenching and drinkable.
