For the creation of the Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage B.11 Rosé Affinage prolonge", Charles collected the grapes from the vineyards owned by his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. The "Bistrøtage B.11 Rosé Affinage prolonge" is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. One year of aging 50% in neutral oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks. It is rosé Champagne with a predominantly fruity and mineral aromatic profile. The sip is fresh and dynamic, but very soft. Elegant and pleasant to drink.

The Rosé de Saignée Extra Brut by Jeaunaux Robin is a chamapgne with great personality, intense, and good structure. It comes from 100% Pinto Meunier grapes, with a delicate maceration on the skins for about 40-50 hours. Aged on the lees for at least 30 months.A versatile Champagne with a perfect combination of vinosity, fullness and vivacity.

Marguet Extra Brut Grand Cru Shaman Champagne is obtained from a blend of Pinoy Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from vineyards grown in a biodynamic regime, located in the municipalities of Ambonnay and Bouzy. Refine for a period between 3 and 4 years. A champagne with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose the aromas are of great elegance and complexity, with hints of candied fruit, notes of exotic fruit and custard. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy, with a very pleasant freshness. Long and persistent finish.
