Albone by Podere Saliceto is a sparkling wine obtained only from Lambrusco Salamino grapes. Ruby red color with purple reflections, creamy and consistent foam, blackberry and blueberry nose. In combination with fatty and structured dishes, roasted and braised, excellent with pizza.
