Lumiere de Silex by Jean Pierre Robinot is a 100% chenin based white wine. Dry, firm, the long refinement in the bottle makes it a conversation wine. In the glass it expresses itself in a surprising way, with light oxidative notes that gradually leave room for the citric aroma typical of this extraordinary grape.

The Cremant d'Alsace by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Not dosed.A splendid wine thanks to the freshness of Riesling and the tension given by Pinot Bianco. This is Yann's largest production wine. 8000 bottles!
