The latest addition to Cirelli is a Pet Nat produced with white grapes. It's hard not to notice it with that label that reproduces the pirate flag with a black background and a skull to contrast with the beautiful yellow of the wine. A wine with an intense gold color with apricot aromas, citrus and honeyed notes. The sip is supported by a nice foam, with excellent freshness and good minerality and flavor. A wine designed to be fun and, as Francesco Cirelli says: "Bring a little anarchy every day"
