The grapes come from vines over 100 years old which are located just 300 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. The Perfranco is a fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

Sol e Steli by Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Sauvignon which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 2 days. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by residual sugars. A fresh and aromatic, convivial wine that creates addiction.
