Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. The Perfranco is a fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

Bergianti's "San Vincent" is a wine made from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of a trip to France, to the Champagne lands, during the festivities dedicated to the patron saint of vineyards and winemakers. Refine two years on the lees. A fresh and taut wine, pleasant and refreshing, with hints of wild strawberries and bread crust.

"Rosa dei Venti" is a frank and lively sparkling rosé wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle from Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes and small quantities of Malbo Gentile. The nose reveals vinous and floral hints, aromas of cherry and small red berry fruit, and crusty bread and aromatic herbs. The sip is smooth, drinkable, crunchy and juicy, it closes with a finish of great cleanliness.
