Alba Pet Nat White by Vinos Ambiz is a sparkling wine made from Albillo real and Airen grapes. The wine is bottled before the first fermentation in order to obtain a second fermentation, a natural refermentation during the spring following the harvest. No filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. A wine with excellent acidity and a great concentration of citrus and tropical fruit. Full-bodied and structured without losing drinkability.

Lentico di Morandin is an unfiltered sparkling wine obtained from the vines of Glera, Verdisio, Perera and Bianchetta. Manual harvest and vinification with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins. Aging in bottle on its lees. Lentico is a wine that is the result of a slow process and an ancient flavor.

Weingut Molitor produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case it offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. The Riesling Brut Petillant Naturel is produced with grapes harvested in 2008. First fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, refermentation in the bottle followed by aging on the yeasts for 60 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose it has a fruity aroma with notes of white peaches and apricots, combined with pleasant sensations of croissants in the background.
