“Uva d'oro” by Mirko Mariotti is a sparkling wine made from Fortana grapes obtained with long re-fermentation in an autoclave. The Tunia Sottofondo is a sparkling wine made from white grapes through refermentation in the bottle following the addition of the Vin Santo must. It has a slightly veiled orange-yellow color.
