SPARKLING WINES

Rosso Colfòndo Frizzante Sui Lieviti by Casa Belfi is a sparkling wine obtained from reds with the method of refermentation in the bottle. Fruity, floral hints with spicy notes accompanied by sweet notes of sugared almonds. In the mouth acidulous and dry with a balanced tannin.

Grapes: Local red grapes.

Alcohol content: 10,5%.

Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.

Chic di Tenuta l'armonia is a blanc de blancs sparkling wine made from pure white grapes that macerate in an amphora. It has an intriguing nose, with citrus notes and hints of baking. The mouth is rich, crisp and decidedly elegant, the creamy bubbles.

Grapes: Local white grapes.

Alcohol content: 12.5 %.

Aging: At least 12 months on the lees.

The "Frizzi Pop" is a straightforward and drinkable sparkling wine obtained from a blend of white and red grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It smells of fruit on the nose with references to wild strawberries. Full sip, with a pleasant degreasing bubble. Drink compulsively. An authentic wine capable of enhancing the territory from which it comes.
