Omomorto is a fresh and personality sparkling wine obtained with Durella grapes. It has a transparent bright yellow color with a delicate bubble. On the nose we can perceive hints of sour fruit, green apple, orange blossom, notes of hazelnut and bread crust. On the palate it is very fresh, firm and vertical, mineral and of excellent drinkability.

Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero by Arcari and Danesi is produced using only chardonnay grapes from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Capriolo and Coccaglio. The nose is intense and mineral, with white flowers and citrus in relief. On the palate it is savory, vertical and crunchy.

A fresh, explosive and very drinkable Brut nature.

The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.

Pas Dosè Blanc de Blancs by Alssandro Viola is a Catarratto-based sparkling wine that rests on the lees for at least 20 months before disgorgement.
