With this Lambrusco we enter the world of Marco Lanzotti, a wine that gives us aromas of red berried black fruits, aromatic herbs, and a slight final astringency. It takes its name from the carnival figure who fights and plays guitar in puppet shows once common in the Naples area. Excellent for an aperitif and for more complex combinations, a wine to be tasted very fresh, with character and without frills.
Region: Emilia Romagna.
Grapes: Lambrusco Grasparossa, Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino.
Alcohol content: 11,5%.
Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.
