Luca Bevilacqua's Rosé Lab is a fruity and juicy wine that comes from red grapes from the father's vineyard, 0.5 ha of 35 years of age, a rosé obtained by macerating on the skins overnight. Onda Anomala is a rosé wine that comes from red grapes in purity. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and aging for a few months in the same tanks. Unfiltered wine, neither clarified nor added sulfites. Onda Anomala is an intense and bright pink color. The nose releases fruity aromas of black currant, strawberry, pomegranate followed by notes of wild flowers. On the palate it is smooth and agile, tasty, full, with a nice fresh-flavored texture, and an interesting persistence.
