ROSE WINES

Syrah Rosa is a rosé wine made from Sirah grapes from vineyards that grow on clay soils rich in minerals. Vinification with a short, short maceration on the skins for a few hours and aging for about 4 months in steel tanks. The nose is fruity and vinous, aromatic and with hints that recall juicy red pulp fruits. In the mouth it is round, fresh, characterized by a slight spiciness, and persistent in length.

The Sinefele Rosato is a wine that comes from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 6 hours and aging in steel. A fresh wine, with herbaceous notes and mineral hints that invites tireless drinking.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: Some months in steel.

The Rosato di Massa Vecchia is a wine obtained from a blend of 80% black Malvasia and 20% Merlot. Alcoholic fermentation that occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins for about 12 hours in conical chestnut vats. Refines for 18 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. An important rosé, very smooth, with good evolutionary capacity.

Region: Tuscany.

Grapes: 80% Malvasia nera, 20% Merlot.

Alcohol content: 14,5%.

Aging: 18 months in barrel.
