The Pizzicante White Sparkling Wine by Le Coste is a naturally refermented wine in the bottle obtained from 100% white grapes. It fermented in the vat and after a racking it was bottled with its sugar needed to develop a pressure of 3 atmospheres. After disgorgement, must from the previous year is used to top up the bottle. The Litrozzo Rosato is cherry-colored. On the nose it releases aromas of small berries, and citrus notes reminiscent of red oranges. In the mouth it is perfectly balanced, with good acidity and crunchiness. Thirsty wine, which goes down well and with food does not look bad, goes down so fast that you are reaching the next bottle before it gets warm.
