Ombre d'Ambra is an original interpretation of the Garganega grape from the Colli Berici area. Produced from late-harvest grapes, it undergoes two weeks of maceration and is aged for 15 months in barriques, fully expressing the richness and potential of this historic varietal. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe fruit and delicate spicy notes, while on the palate it is enveloping, fresh, and harmonious, making for a very pleasant drinking experience.
