"Nzemmulla" by Bruno Ferrara Sardo is an intense red wine that comes from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes on the slopes of Etna. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of small red fruits and spicy hints. On the palate it is of good structure, warm and soft, with a finish of excellent persistence. Nzemmula is memory, but not only: it is a wine that expresses its intrinsic characteristic of sharing, its ability to establish and forge relationships. Hence the choice of the name "´nzemmula" which in the local dialect means "together" and wants to be an invitation to the joy and pleasure of sharing.

“Aurora” by I Vigneri is a splendid elegant and mineral wine made from local white grapes. Its name, "Aurora", that is Alba, also indicates a small and graceful butterfly native to Etna, represented on the label and at risk of extinction. After harvesting by hand, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel vats using only indigenous yeasts. Subsequently it refines in the same containers for several months.
Grapes: 90% Carricante, 10% Minnella bianca..
Alcohol content: 11.5%.
Aging: 6 mounths in steel.

Giotto Bini Serragghia's Zibibbo is a dry white wine that is vinified in open-air terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It gives an aromatic, floral, fruity nose. The mouth is straight, rightly tannic, powerful, fresh and with a very long finish.

Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Aging: Some months in amphora.
