The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo by Emidio Pepe is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes from vineyards located on clayey soils worked with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation in 22 and 30 hl vitrified concrete tanks without pumping over and aging on the fine lees in vitrified concrete tanks for 2 years. Hand-bottled without filtration, bottle aging. Before being put on the market, it is decanted by hand from bottle to bottle. Intense ruby red color. Intense hints of red fruit and spices. Le Cince is a Montepulciano-based rosé wine which ages for 8-10 months in large wooden barrels.
