JURASSIC WINES

A journey backwards that will lead us to the discovery of Kimmeridgian terroir: territories that have a unique subsoil born in the Jurassic era, when the whole area was submerged by the sea, and what emerged with the passing of the centuries were clay-rich soils, limestone and fossil corals capable of resisting erosion. The term "Jurassic" derives from the Jura massif that at the time of its formation, one hundred and sixty million years ago, was comparable for the variety of microorganisms to present-day Micronesia. Champagne Côte des Bars, Chablis, Irancy, Loire, Jura all unique terrains able to give the vineyards unmistakable characteristics. The wines born from these lands show a rich consistency, with a bouquet composed of mineral notes, almonds and hazelnuts, citrus, honey.
