Zeta by Istinto Naturale is a fresh white wine, with marine and savory references vinified with Catarratto and Zibibbo grapes. Direct pressing without maceration, followed by aging in steel for 8 months on the fine lees before being bottled.

The Fiero Bianco by Cantina Margò is a fruity and elegant wine produced from 100% Grechetto grapes. Spontaneous fermentation with 3-day maceration in open vat and without controlled temperature. Brilliant and with an excellent ease of drinking.

Alcohol content: 13%.

Aging: Some months in steel.
