The Riesling Trocken "Faß 6 Senior" by Peter Lauer is a lively, juicy and mineral white wine, obtained with the homonymous grapes that come from ancient vines located on steep soils. Slow spontaneous fermentation in traditional barrels, and aging on the fine lees in steel for 8 months. The indication "Fab 6" indicates the provenance from a specific barrel, used every year for the production of the same wine, according to the oldest customs of the cellar.

Peter Lauer produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case he offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. Its Cremant is based on riesling and ages on the lees for 20 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.

Julian Haart's Piesporter Riesling is a taut white, with sharp acidity, crunchy and consistent structure. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on soils rich in slate. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in traditional 1000 L wooden fuder. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

The Propeller by [Trub: Stoff] is an ancestral wine refermented in the bottle, a recent project by the couple Florian Moll-Geraldine Bollmann, in Southern Baden. The vine is Muller Thurgau, coming from vineyards located on calcareous marls of marine origin in depth. De-stemmed and crushed grapes, 3 days of maceration, bottled during fermentation. Kerpen's Riesling Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett Feinherb is a wine made from grapes of the same name selected in the famous Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard, classified as one of the best in the Moselle.The vinification takes place in steel tanks at low temperature while the aging is in old barrels oak.
