Bianco Pop is a mineral and mineral wine obtained from Durello e Manzoni Bianco grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins lasts two days. Aging only in steel tanks. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus fruits, yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is lively, with a good body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. The yeast on the bottom of the bottle gives the wine softness and longevity.

"El Gat Ros" by Carolina Gatti is a red wine for its lightness and rusticity of drink. Maceration on the skins and fermentation for about ten days with frequent punching down and pumping over; the wine ages in concrete tanks and ages in the bottle for at least three months. Soave Castelcerino is a fruity and mineral white wine that ages for some months in steel. Straw yellow in color. Fresh fruit aromas and lots of minerality on the nose. On the palate it is vibrant, tense with a marked sapid vein that makes the finish very long.
