An authentic Umbrian white wine crafted from a blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Grechetto, and Malvasia di Candia. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in a mix of stainless steel and *tonneaux*, it embodies the true spirit of the Umbrian hills.
