Labet's Pinot Noir Les Varrons s a fine and fruity wine that is aged in used barriques. The grapes come from two vineyards planted in 1900 and in 1920, which are located about 260 meters above sea level, in a terroir that is characterized by the clayey and calcareous subsoil. In the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in barrique. The final refinement phase lasts 12 months, and is entirely carried out in barrique.
