Cio Bacaro is a pure Tai Rosso that embodies the excellence of the Colli Berici region. Produced from hand-harvested grapes and made using spontaneous fermentation, it is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in the bottle, developing elegance, structure, and complexity. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit and spices, while on the palate, it is enveloping, balanced, and persistent.
